As a Technical Sales & Application Engineer (m/f/d), for chassis components, rolling & sliding elements, you will be the key link between our customers, sales
team, engineering, production, and quality departments. You will help transform customer requirements into technical solutions and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about product development, technical problemsolving, and close collaboration with customer engineering teams. You will coordinate engineering activities across global teams, drive technical discussions, and help deliver high-quality solutions for international customers. Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

• Collaborate closely with customers and the sales team to understand technical requirements and application needs.
• Evaluate customer inquiries and identify technically feasible and commercially viable solutions.
• Support customer visits, technical discussions, and project meetings throughout the sales process.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between customer engineering teams and our internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality functions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and test requirements, ensuring clear communication both internally and externally.
• Coordinate and manage technical documentation, including drawings, samples, ISIRs, PPAPs, and other customer-specific requirements.
• Analyze customer complaints, field returns, and test results, driving root cause discussions and corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the creation and maintenance of quality management documentation.
• Work within international cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Fachliche Anforderungen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and/or the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of rolling or sliding elements, chassis components, suspension systems, or comparable applications is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and work confidently with technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project-related activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Hands-on mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
